Tribal Student Showcase

Our tribal youth continue to thrive both in and out of the classroom and are exceptional representatives of the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe. Below are featured students who have been doing great work.

If you would like to nominate a student to be highlighted on this page, please send details to [email protected].

Dasia Peters will graduate in May from Bridgewater State University with a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Communications and a minor in Indigenous Studies. Last summer she was also accepted to serve as a Native Youth Grantmaker through the philanthropic non-profit Native Americans in Philanthropy (NAP). Through this program has she participated as a community grant reviewer and has connected with key Indigenous leaders in the philanthropy sector. Dasia will complete her work with NAP this spring.
