Culturally Enriching Camps for Tribal Youth Ages 5-14

 

The Mashpee Wampanoag Education Department offers various culturally enriching camps for tribal youth ages 5 to 14. Camps are open to all Native American students who reside within the Education Department’s service area (Barnstable, Norfolk, Suffolk, Plymouth, and Bristol counties). All camps are first come, first served.

P.O.H Camp

The Preserving Our Homelands (P.O.H) camp is for youth ages 11- 14. The camp is run jointly by the Education Department and Natural Resources Department.

 

Neekun Camp

Join us for a four-week long summer program packed with exciting field trips, STEM based activities with language, cultural learning, seashore fun and more! Open to all Native American children age 5-9 as of Aug. 31st within the 8 school districts we serve including the Weetumuw School. First Come First Served with 25 slots available. Applications must be Postmarked by June 9th.
